I don’t see it like that. Because all the characters dismiss Isaac, I’m more interested in seeing who he actually is. He might be the loser they treat him as, but he might be on to something, as he seems to believe. Only time will tell.
It is said later on that Isaac could kill any of his companions easily. And what, if a girl is put in a possition of power/athority she is automaticaly a troupe/cliche? Rude, sir. Very rude.
*this is a non-hostile comment*
Isabel comes of more of an easily manipulated fight junkie if anything. Spender is the only real leader I believe, all the other kids appear to be on the same level.
They’re all equally likable and crazy. Isaac is a huge nerd though. It’s funny. They’re poking fun. Also, Isaac isn’t really all that cooperative all the time, as we find out he has his own interests.
“Isaac, you’re embarrassing the whole club.” ahahahaa xD
Hmmm….such good memories…
It was at this point that I first started reading… :)
kinda reminds me of Rukia explaining everything to Ichigo in the first episode of Bleach…….and him reacting the same way to the drawing.
I think his drawings look wonderful. >:[
Yeah, good artists often have trouble making bad art. ;)
Ah, Isaac you can never do right.
The drawing look pretty normal, for me. You try too much to direct us, viewer, on who we can “admire” (Isabel is a walking “woman-leader” trope, if not cliché), and who we can not (Isaac, obviously), each time we see them.

Also, if you don’t like or admire Isaac yet- see Chapter 3.
Issac, your drawings are fine. Your teammates- not so much. -_-
I’m reading this again because wow I forgot so much. They’re so mean to Isaac.
Is the kid seeing shades in panel 5 a young Mr. Spender?
It could be young isaac
I was thinkin Mr.Spender. Isaac has the little hair tuft on the back of his head
