If you're having problems with the spirit language, there's a plot reason you won't coming up the next time it pops up. Before the language was translated super quickly the idea was it would be unreadable for the average reader so none of the stuff in the language is necessarily meant to be read like normal dialogue (it's either hidden stuff or understandable by the characters' actions).
